Prof. Dr. Anja Karlshaus is the President of CBS International Business School in Cologne, Germany, and Professor of Business Operations & Human Resource Management. She studied business administration at the University of Cologne, Santa Clara University in the USA, and the European Business School (EBS), where she earned her doctorate on the topic of strategic personnel management. Her professional career commenced in 1999 in strategic personnel management at Dresdner Bank, followed by roles at the Allianz Group from 2001 and Commerzbank from 2008.
