Dr. Ashutosh Pandey serves as an Associate Professor in the Marketing area and Chair-Placements at FORE School of Management, New Delhi. He obtained his Ph.D. in marketing from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, an MMM in Marketing Management from the University of Pune, an M.Com. in Applied Economics from the University of Lucknow, and a B.Com. from the University of Lucknow. He also holds a UGC-NET qualification in Management. With over 12 years of experience spanning industry and academia, Dr. Pandey teaches postgraduate and executive students in key areas such as business research methods, advanced marketing research, services marketing, marketing management, consumer behavior, and structural equation modeling.
Dr. Pandey has held visiting professor positions at IMT Ghaziabad, the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) in New Delhi, and the Indian Institute of Travel and Tourism Management in Gwalior. He has served as a resource person for qualitative and quantitative research workshops at NIT Allahabad and NIFTEM Sonipat, and as an invited speaker at an AICTE-sponsored Faculty Development Program. His research specializations include Experience Quality, Service Blueprint designing, electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM), Destination Management, Social Media Marketing, and Responsible Tourism. His publications feature in prominent journals such as Environment, Development and Sustainability, Journal of Quality Assurance in Hospitality & Tourism, International Journal of Tourism Cities, Worldwide Hospitality and Tourism Themes, and Indian Journal of Marketing.
