Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd serves as the Dean of the College of Engineering Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University College in Hillah, Babylon, Iraq. He holds a PhD in Renewable Energy and has progressed through various academic roles at the institution, including Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Techniques Engineering. In recognition of his outstanding scientific and research output, including publications in prestigious international journals and high citations on Google Scholar and Scopus, he was honored by the Dean of Al-Mustaqbal University College, Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy. Dr. Abd has been selected as a peer reviewer for Elsevier journals, contributing his expertise to the evaluation of scientific research. He also serves on the editorial board of the Al-Mustaqbal Journal of Science and Engineering Studies (AJS-ES).
