Bahaa Razia is the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics and an Associate Professor at Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie. His academic background includes a PhD in Planning and Project Management from Birmingham City University, UK (2020), an MSc in Engineering Project Management from Coventry University, UK (2014), and a BSc in Building Engineering from An-Najah National University, Palestine (2009). Razia's professional career at PTUK began as a Lecturer from July 2014 to December 2015, progressed to Assistant Professor in January 2020, and includes serving as Head of the Business Management Department since September 2022. Since September 2024, he has held the position of Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics. He also served as a Visiting Lecturer at Birmingham City University during his doctoral studies from 2016 to 2020 and worked as a Site Engineer for the Saudi Binladen Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from 2010 to 2012.
Razia's research specializations and academic interests include risk management, project management, artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, higher education, quality management, construction industry, urban planning, and disaster resilience.
