Barry Phelps serves as Professor and Division Chair of the Science and Technology division at Henderson Community College, an institution within the Kentucky Community and Technical College System. He holds a Master of Arts and a Master of Information Systems from Morehead State University, completed in 2016. In 2023, Phelps received promotion to the rank of Professor, reflecting his dedication to education and administration. As Division Chair, he manages programs encompassing biology, business administration, agriculture, computer information technologies, industrial maintenance technology, welding technology, electrical technology, chemistry, and general occupational and technical studies.
