Professor Bin Zhu serves as the Party Secretary and Professor at Zhejiang A&F University. Born in November 1975 in Anji, Zhejiang Province, China, he joined the Communist Party of China in June 1995 and began his professional career in August 1998 following his university education. In April 2023, he was appointed Party Committee Member and Secretary of Zhejiang A&F University, having previously served as Party Secretary of Huzhou College.
