Rate My Professor Bipul Kumar

Dr. Bipul Kumar serves as an Assistant Professor at Indirapuram Institute of Higher Studies in Ghaziabad. He is recognized as an eminent bilingual journalist with extensive contributions to media and academia. His publication portfolio includes three books, nine book chapters, two conference proceedings, and six research articles. Dr. Kumar has participated in 22 national and international conferences and has completed three Faculty Development Programs. He has published more than 1,000 articles in national newspapers and magazines. Additionally, he holds memberships on advisory boards of various news channels and news websites, serves as a member of the Ramayana Research Council, and acts as Media Advisor for BRRS.

At Indirapuram Institute of Higher Studies, Dr. Kumar is actively involved in institutional committees and activities, including the Anti-Ragging Committee, Entrepreneurship Cell, Students Counselling Centre, and as Faculty Coordinator for the Social Welfare Club. He has contributed to organizing committees for international conferences such as the International Conference on ICMTS and ICGSCMR hosted by the institute. Dr. Kumar is also a co-author on the publication 'Digital Transformation and Employee Engagement in Healthcare: A Study of Post-Pandemic Organizational Resilience and Sustainable HR Practices' affiliated with IIHS, Ghaziabad.
