Rate My Professor Bridgette Lockett

Dr Bridgette Lockett is affiliated with the School of Nursing in the Faculty of Community and Health Sciences at the University of the Western Cape. She led a systematic review examining factors influencing immunisation adherence among children under 12 years of age. The study, co-authored with Dr Juliana Willemse from the University of the Western Cape and Dr Rugira M Modeste from Stellenbosch University, was published in 2025 in the Journal of Interdisciplinary Health Sciences.

Dr Lockett also serves as a post-graduate lecturer at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where she has acted as Head of the Department of Nursing Science and as Programme Coordinator for Primary Care Nursing.
