Dr. C. Chandrasekhara Sastry is an Assistant Professor (Grade-I) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing Kurnool (IIITDM Kurnool). He earned his Ph.D. in Manufacturing Engineering from the College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University, Chennai in 2020, an M.E. in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from the same institution in 2015, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from P.E.S. Institute of Technology, Bangalore, affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, in 2012. Sastry's career trajectory at IIITDM Kurnool began in December 2019 as Temporary Faculty, advancing to Assistant Professor (Grade II) in December 2020 and to his current Grade-I position in October 2023.
