Cara Cromie serves as Administrator for the Neuropsychology Programme and Psychological Medicine Registrars in the Department of Psychological Medicine at the University of Otago, Wellington, within the Division of Health Sciences. She provides administrative support for key training and education programmes in the department. This includes the Neuropsychology training programme launched in 2024. Cara Cromie also administers the psychiatry registrar teaching programmes, comprising the Critical Appraisal course, Stage I education course, Stage II education course, Stage III education course, and the National Psychiatry Leadership and Management Course. These courses receive support from Lorena Butaigo in the Director of Training office. Her role ensures the effective operation of these postgraduate initiatives in psychological medicine and neuropsychology.
