Celia Corteletti serves as Team Leader Otago Global and Team Leader International Mobility and Partnerships within the International Office at the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand. Her work under the External Engagement division focuses on enhancing global opportunities for students and staff through comprehensive mobility programmes. She facilitates inbound and outbound student exchanges via the Otago Global Student Exchange, enabling University of Otago students to study abroad at partner institutions across Europe, Asia, North and South America, and Australia. Corteletti supports incoming exchange students from partner universities by streamlining their application processes to study at Otago. She maintains vital relationships with international exchange partners, offering expert guidance on partnership matters and spearheading proposals for new Student Exchange Agreements. Additionally, she manages student and staff mobility under the Erasmus+ framework, ensuring seamless exchanges with European institutions.
In her leadership role, Celia Corteletti collaborates with team members including Global Exchange Advisers such as Anna Hoek-Sims for Europe-specific initiatives. She has actively promoted exchange programmes to Otago students, highlighting how credits earned overseas directly contribute to their University of Otago degrees.
