Rate My Professor Chen Ge

Chen Ge is a Professor at the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He joined the institute as an Associate Professor in September 2015 and was promoted to Professor in September 2022. His research focuses on exploring novel physical properties of functional oxide heterostructures for advanced information and neuromorphic devices, with interests in oxide films, neuromorphic computing, and electrolyte gating.
