Rate My Professor Dalal Alshamsi

Dr. Dalal Alshamsi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Geosciences at the College of Science, United Arab Emirates University. She earned her PhD in Geology of Isotopes Hydrology from United Arab Emirates University in May 2014 and holds a BSc in Geology with first-class honors from the same institution. Her academic career at UAEU includes roles as Research Assistant in the Geology Department, Assistant Professor, and promotion to Associate Professor. She serves as Director of the National Water and Energy Center.

Dr. Alshamsi specializes in isotopes hydrology and hydrogeology, with research interests in environmental science, geology, groundwater recharge, and related topics in arid regions. She has authored or co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications on these subjects. Her work contributes to advancements in water resource management and environmental sustainability in the region. Dr. Alshamsi has participated in international conferences and collaborative research projects.
