Dr Daniela Rosenstreich serves as a Learning Adviser at the Centre for Educational Design and Innovation (CEDI), University of Otago Christchurch campus, operating at 0.5 full-time equivalent. In this role, she provides academic support to postgraduate students, including guidance on academic writing and learning strategies. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, Postgraduate Diploma, Diploma in Graduate Studies, and PhD in Marketing from the University of Otago. Her doctoral dissertation, completed in 2007, examined conceptual models of service quality and consumers' understandings of quality, and was formally recognized by the Otago Business School as an exceptional PhD thesis.
