Associate Professor Dell Carter is affiliated with the Graduate School of Medicine at the University of Wollongong, within the Faculty of Science, Medicine and Health. She holds the position of Academic Leader for Regional Clinical Training at the Shoalhaven campus. As Deputy Lead for Rural Medicine, she provides academic leadership for the rural activities of the Graduate School of Medicine, including the Phase 3 Program. Dell Carter is a graduate of the University of Wollongong and works in emergency medicine at Shoalhaven Hospital. She is described as an ACRRM Rural Generalist with advanced training in ED.
Her office is situated at the GSM Shoalhaven Campus, Building 304, Room G05B, and she works on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. She contributes to medical education and training in regional and rural settings through her leadership roles.
