Rate My Professor Denise Woods

Denise Woods is the Space Planner/Analyst in the Campus Development division at the University of Otago. She joined the University in 2013 and has worked in several roles across Property Services. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, and has a background in business analysis, asset management, data analysis and legal practice focused on property.

In her role as Senior Space Analyst, she enables the University to understand how facilities are used, identifies opportunities for improvement, and supports changes in space utilisation to improve the spaces in which the University community lives, studies, researches and works.
