Drazen Jalsovec is an Engineer in the Research and Teaching Solutions team within the Information Technology Services (ITS) Division at the University of Otago, located in Dunedin, New Zealand. Prior to that, he worked as a System Administrator at Prva srednja škola Beli Manastir from 2007 to 2012. His academic credentials include a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computing and Communications, obtained from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek between 1999 and 2012, with specialized focus on wireless network security and the implementation of OSSIM SIEM systems. Jalsovec possesses a comprehensive skill set encompassing system administration, Windows Server management, Microsoft Office applications, Active Directory configuration, Windows operating systems, troubleshooting, network administration, server operations, Linux environments, and networking protocols.
