Dr. Farheen Javed is a Lecturer in the Management and Marketing department at Murdoch Business School, Murdoch University, Perth, Western Australia. She obtained her Doctor of Philosophy from Murdoch University in 2023. Her doctoral thesis, titled "Corporate Social Responsibility: Perception and Reaction from the Employee Perspective," investigates employees' perceptions of and reactions to corporate social responsibility initiatives and their implications for organizational dynamics.
Javed's research specializations encompass human resource management, corporate social responsibility, organizational behaviour, sustainability, and employee wellbeing. Her scholarly contributions explore the intersections of CSR with employee pro-environmental behaviors, innovative work behaviors, green human resource management, and leadership influences on engagement and satisfaction.
