Grace Cowan-Allen is a lecturer at the Mona School of Business and Management (MSBM), University of the West Indies, Mona campus, within the Business & Economics faculty. She teaches courses in the General Management & HR area, including Communication Skills for Managers (MGMT1002) across multiple streams and semesters. These include Stream M12 & M28 and Stream M19 & M21 in S2 2020/21, Stream M13 & M32 and Stream M13 in S2 2021/22, Stream M16, M19 & M32 in S2 2022/23, as well as weekend university and Western Jamaica Campus offerings. She also delivers Quality Service Management (MGMT3069) for weekend university students in S3 2020/21. Her teaching focuses on equipping students with practical skills in business communication, management, and service quality essential for professional development in business and economics fields.
Grace Cowan-Allen contributes to the MSBM community, featured in staff highlights and partnerships in the MSBM E-newsletter September 2024 alongside colleagues such as Christine Brown and Oneil Jones. Her role supports the delivery of undergraduate management education at the University of the West Indies, fostering student growth in core management competencies.
