Mrs. Gretel Jones is an Associate Lecturer in the Faculty of Health at Southern Cross University, based at the Gold Coast campus. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy (BAppSc(Phty)) from the University of Sydney and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Cross University. In her position within Shared Units, she supports the delivery of educational programs across various health-related disciplines offered by the faculty.
Jones has contributed to the scholarship of teaching and learning through her presentation titled 'Using a narrative for online learning' at the SCU Scholarship of Learning and Teaching Symposium, held in Gold Coast, Queensland, on November 5, 2019. This work demonstrates her involvement in exploring effective pedagogical strategies for enhancing online learning experiences. Her professional background in physiotherapy informs her teaching in health sciences, aligning with the Faculty of Health's emphasis on preparing students for careers in clinical exercise physiology, nursing, psychology, public health, and related fields.
