Hannah Evans-Turner serves as Executive Assistant to the Chief Digital Officer within the Information Technology Services (ITS) division at the University of Otago. She provides high-level executive administration and support to the Chief Digital Officer, acting as the first point of contact for the ITS Divisional Office. Her responsibilities include managing the diary and inbox, organizing travel arrangements, workshops, and events, as well as delivering secretariat support for meetings of the ITS Senior Leadership Team and the Advanced Technologies Reference Group. This role ensures efficient operations and coordination within the ITS leadership structure.
Evans-Turner joined the University of Otago in 2018, accumulating experience in various administrative capacities across academic and operations divisions. She has supported the School of Physiotherapy Clinics, contributed to the Dean’s Office of the Dunedin School of Medicine, and previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the Director of Shared Services. Her diverse background in university administration highlights her adaptability and expertise in supporting both clinical and medical academic environments as well as operational functions.
