Harjeet Kaur serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Jagdish Chandra D.A.V. College, Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur, Punjab. She joined the college on 9th July 2018. Her academic qualifications include B.C.A. and M.Sc. (IT). As part of the faculty team led by Head Dr. Mohit Kumar Sharma, she contributes to undergraduate and postgraduate programs such as BCA, M.Sc. (IT), PGDCA, and B.Voc in Hardware and Networking, affiliated with Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Harjeet Kaur has been consistently acknowledged by successive principals for her role in the department's student achievements. In July 2024, BCA sixth semester students secured top positions including second in Hoshiarpur district. In March 2024, M.Sc. (IT) semester four students achieved third in the district and top college ranks; semester two PGDCA students secured second and third in the district. Earlier, in 2023 and 2022, similar successes occurred in BCA semesters one, three, and five, with students topping college and district levels, and M.Sc. (IT) semesters one, three, and four. B.Voc students also earned university merit positions in semesters four and five during 2021-2022. In the 2022 annual report, Harjeet Kaur presented a paper at a one-day national seminar by the PG Department of Computer Science. She participated in events like the NSS cleanliness drive in October 2023. Her dedication supports the department's reputation for excellence in computer science education.
