Hollie Unwin serves as an Administrator in the Department of Biochemistry within the School of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Otago. Unwin obtained her Bachelor of Biomedical Science with Honours from the University of Otago, completing her studies from 2019 to 2023. Her honours thesis, titled "Investigating the Role of Eosinophils in Oestrogen Receptor Positive Breast Cancer to Better Understand Treatment Responses," was supervised by Anita Dunbier. The research focused on the role of eosinophils in breast cancer treatment responses, including molecular profiling of aromatase inhibitor-treated postmenopausal breast tumors and identifying immune-related correlates of resistance.
