Rate My Professor Hong Zhuang

Dr. Hong Zhuang is a Professor of Economics, Chair of the Department of Decision Sciences and Economics, and Director of the Bureau of Business and Economic Research at the Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics, Indiana University South Bend. Prior to her appointment at IU South Bend, she taught at the University of Oregon. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Oregon (2007), an MA in Economics from the University of Oregon (2003), and a BA from Xiamen University (2000). Her research interests include international economics, macroeconomics, development economics, and applied econometrics, with a focus on foreign direct investment, economic development, and growth. Zhuang’s scholarly contributions have appeared in numerous peer-reviewed journals, including Applied Economics Letters, Annals of Economics and Finance, Bulletin of Economic Research, Eastern European Economics, Economics and Business Letters, International Economic Journal, Journal of Globalization and Development, and Journal of the Asia Pacific Economy.
