Rate My Professor I. Shahanaz Begum

Dr. I. Shahanaz Begum is the Dean of Computing Sciences and Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at M.I.E.T. Engineering College, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India, a position she assumed on June 3, 2024. She serves on the institution's Academic Council and chairs the Boards of Studies for the B.Tech programs in Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Geetharamani, 'Preventing Cross Site Request Forgery Attacks,' 'The HTTP Flooding Attack Detection to Secure and Safeguard Online Applications in the Cloud,' and 'A Decentralized Biometric Voting Framework using Grassmann Subspace Verification.' Her work addresses vulnerabilities in web applications, cloud environments, and emerging threats like deepfakes.
