Dr. Jake Madden is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Faculty of Education at Southern Cross University. He holds a Doctor of Education from the Australian Catholic University. With over three decades of experience as an educational leader across Australian and international schools, Madden has been instrumental in driving sustainable school improvement and fostering teacher capacity through innovative educational practices. Currently serving as Group Head of Schools for the Aoba Education Group in Tokyo, he has implemented transformative strategies that enhance educational outcomes and community engagement.
