Jane Reynolds has coordinated prominent events such as the Otago Tourism Policy School for 2023, 2024, and 2025 at Heritage Queenstown, the 2024 Distinguished Research Medal lecture, the 2024 Rowheath Trust Award and Carl Smith Medal Lecture, the William (Bill) Harris Memorial Lecture: Middle East Insights, the Carl Smith Medal Lecture and Inaugural Professorial Lecture in 2023, the Online MBA information evening, the Your pathways after HSFY information evening in 2025, the 2022 Professional Staff Conference, the He tangata exhibition digital launch in 2019, Ira Rangahau Māori 2021 – Genetics Otago, and various public talks and conferences. Previously, as Administrative Assistant for the Brain Health Research Centre, she arranged Brain Awareness Week 2018 activities, including the free public talk on how the brain reacts to movies and other weekday programs from March 5 to 11.
