Rate My Professor Jeremy Weinstock

Jeremy Weinstock is Team Leader and Senior Counsellor in the Mental Health Wellbeing unit at La Trobe University. He leads a team of counsellors that support students across La Trobe's regional and Bundoora campuses. He coordinates student wellbeing services on the Bendigo campus. As a social worker, Jeremy is a PhD candidate investigating student mental health and wellbeing services on regional university campuses. He seeks ways to provide flexible support services responsive to local contexts.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Social Work from La Trobe University, a Bachelor of Human Services from La Trobe University, and a Bachelor of Health Science (Hons) from La Trobe University. Previously, he worked for many years as a counsellor in a community service organisation focusing on relationships and couple counselling. He has experience in out of home care, men's health, and parenting support. His roles and research focus on improving student mental health services.
