Dr. Jessica Good serves as Assistant Professor of Human Resources Management in the Faculty of Business at Athabasca University, a position she assumed in July 2022. A seasoned Human Resource Professional with extensive experience in the high-tech sector, including roles at large global organizations and start-ups, she has shaped HR strategies and organizational cultures throughout her career. Her academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from York University (completed 2022), a Master of Human Resource Management from York University (2010), a Human Resource Management Diploma from the University of Guelph (2007), and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph (2006).

Dr. Good's research specializes in knowledge sharing, with a particular emphasis on knowledge hiding and manipulation within high-tech teams, as well as creativity and innovation, workplace fun, and compensation practices. She fosters partnerships with organizations tackling human resource management challenges.
