Jimmy Chen is an Associate Professor of Analytics & Operations Management in the Freeman College of Management at Bucknell University. His academic background includes a PhD in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University (2014), an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Finance from SUNY Buffalo (2006), and a BS in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from National Taiwan University (2000). Chen's research specializations encompass supply chain management, operations decisions, business analytics, and related ethical and equity issues, reflected in his peer-reviewed publications.
