Jin Chung Yoo serves as Master Lecturer in the Management & Organizations Department at Boston University Questrom School of Business. She holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) from Boston University, earned in 2010, and a Master of Arts (MA) from New York University in 2006. These qualifications underpin her expertise in educational leadership and organizational management within a premier business school environment.
Yoo joined the Management & Organizations Department in 2011, advancing to full-time Lecturer status in 2014. Her dedication was recognized with a promotion to Master Lecturer on July 3, 2025, as part of eight lecturer promotions announced by Questrom. Beyond lecturing, she holds pivotal roles including Faculty Director of the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program, where she leads orientations introducing fellows to Questrom's history and resources, facilitates Humphrey Seminars on topics such as motivation theories, and supports program activities as noted in Humphrey Connections newsletters from 2021 to 2024. Additionally, as Director of Curriculum for Innovate@BU, she contributes to curriculum development for innovation and entrepreneurship education, including delivering remarks at the 2025 ceremony celebrating the largest class of I&E minor graduates in BU history. She is also featured in Questrom Team Learning initiatives. Her publication record includes co-authoring “Leveraging Connections: A Global Leadership Experience” with S. Deacon Carr and J.
