About Jonathan

Jonathan Heales serves as Senior Lecturer in the UQ Business School at the University of Queensland. He earned his PhD in Management Information Systems from the University of Queensland between 1992 and 1996. His academic career at the University of Queensland spans over two decades, with contributions to information systems research evident from publications dating back to 1995. Heales' research focuses on information systems governance, IT governance effectiveness, e-learning effectiveness, cloud computing services, consumer trust in information systems, national culture in IS decisions, IT and business value, project management controls, information systems volatility, and process mining in industry.
