Rate My Professor Julia Collett

Dr. Collett and her colleagues at Student Health have been exploring options to support patients with complex symptoms related to dysautonomia. Dr. Gerard Farrell from the School of Physiotherapy contacted Dr. Collett with the proposal to establish a dedicated dysautonomia service. This collaboration has resulted in the development of a new clinic service at the School of Physiotherapy clinics, past and present. The service addresses conditions such as hypermobility, long COVID, chronic headache populations, chronic fatigue syndrome, and fibromyalgia, and is now open to the whole of Dunedin.
