Rate My Professor Katrina Sweet

In recognition of her outstanding scholarship, teaching excellence, and dedicated service to the campus and community, Dr. Sweet was appointed the 2025–2026 Jefferson-Pilot Professor, the university's highest and most distinguished faculty honor. Established in 1981, this annual award is given to a tenured faculty member exemplifying professional excellence. Her educational background includes a Ph.D. in Organizational Administration (2013), an MBA from Duke University, and a B.A. from North Carolina Wesleyan College.
