Dr. Katrina Sweet is a tenured Associate Professor of Business Administration at North Carolina Wesleyan College, where she also holds the positions of Program Coordinator for Business Administration and Organizational Leadership, and Director of the Master of Science in Strategic Leadership program. She teaches Human Resource Management, leadership, and management courses, integrating her real-world practitioner experience to illustrate business concepts in practice. Dr. Sweet has significantly influenced student career paths in human resources, with many pursuing minors in the field, entering HR professions, and continuing mentorship relationships with her after graduation.
