He served as Program Director for the ICECOM-2025 International Conference on Technology, Sustainability, and Global Markets at MIBM. His publications include 'Systems Thinking: The Gandhian Way' (2009), integrating Gandhian principles into systems thinking; 'Rethinking Organisational Goals in the Context of Indian Ethos' (2014, International Journal of Indian Culture and Business Management, with Harigopal Kondur); 'Competitiveness of a Company: Dimensionality of Competitiveness' (2011); and 'Socio Technical Systems of a Company: The Dimensionality of Socio Technical Systems'.
