Llandis Barratt-Pugh is a Professor and Honorary Research Fellow in the Marketing discipline within the UWA Business School at the University of Western Australia. He earned his PhD in Management Development from the University of Western Australia in 2004, a Master of Business with Distinction in Human Resource Management from Curtin University in 1996, a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration with Distinction from Bradford University Management Centre in 1975, and a Bachelor of Technology with Honours 2:1 in Physical Sciences: Textile Design from Bradford University in 1972. With 588 citations, an h-index of 13, and i10-index of 16 on Google Scholar, his work influences fields like VET research and organizational learning. Awards include the AVETRA Ray Barker Award for distinctive national service to vocational educational research (2023), Vice-Chancellor's Citation for Teaching Excellence (2010), multiple postgraduate student awards for supervision and support (2002-2004), UK National Training Awards (1991, 1992), and faculty teaching excellence awards (1997-1999).
