Louis Sanzogni is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management within Griffith Business School at Griffith University, specializing in Digital Business and Information Systems. He serves as the HDR Convenor for the Griffith Business School. Sanzogni holds a PhD in Information Systems and has built a distinguished career at Griffith University, previously serving as Head of the Department of Management and Associate Professor of Information Systems. He lectures in management and management information systems, contributing to the education of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
His research focuses on information systems adoption, performance evaluation, and strategic implementation across various sectors. Key areas include enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in higher education, ICT challenges in developing countries like Thailand, RFID adoption in healthcare organizations, telemedicine service barriers and satisfaction forecasting using machine learning, mobile commerce in Saudi organizations, railway cyber safety, and COVID-19 impact forecasting. Sanzogni has produced 77 research works with 1,992 citations on ResearchGate. Prominent publications are 'An approach to forecast impact of Covid-19 using machine learning model' (2022), 'Forecasting care seekers satisfaction with telemedicine using machine learning techniques' (2021), 'RFID adoption in healthcare organizations: An integrative framework' (2021), 'Railway cyber safety: An intelligent threat perspective' (2022), 'Mobile Commerce Adoption in Saudi Organizations: A Qualitative Study' (2017), 'Corporate Struggle with ICT in Thailand: A Case Study' (2008), and 'Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) and User Performance: A Literature Review' (2009). These works have advanced understanding of technology integration, user performance, and decision support systems in business contexts. Sanzogni supervises higher degree by research students and maintains an active presence in the academic field through collaborations and publications.
