Lucy Hornby is a Project Manager in the Capital Works section of Property Services at the University of Otago. She is part of the Campus Development Division, which is responsible for strategic planning, capital works, project delivery, property management including administration, operations, trade services, and planning. The division aims to improve student and staff experiences, maximise estate efficiency, and deliver projects aligned with university goals, such as the Aquinas College Extension, Arana and Studholm Colleges compliance projects, and the Te Rangihiroa Development.
