Luisa Emmel Schwartz is an Associate Lecturer in the School of Nursing at Murdoch University. She describes herself as a passionate lecturer whose primary interests lie in the sciences behind nursing care and nutritional care in nursing. Currently pursuing a PhD in Nursing at Murdoch University, her doctoral research focuses on the integration of nutrition education into undergraduate nursing programs. This work aims to enhance nursing education by incorporating nutritional knowledge essential for patient care. Her expertise areas include Nursing and Nutrition, Nursing curriculum, and Nursing Physiology.
