Lucheng Wang is a Lecturer in Hospitality Management within the Horst Schulze School of Hospitality Management at Auburn University, College of Human Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. from Purdue University awarded in 2025, an M.S. from Florida International University awarded in 2020, a B.S. from Florida International University awarded in 2018, and a B.S. from Tianjin University of Commerce awarded in 2018. His academic interests include foodservice, sensory marketing, and food safety.
