Maximus Monaheng Sefotho (PhD) is a Full Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Johannesburg. He serves as Director of the Centre for Neurodiversity@UJ. His research focuses on disability, career transition of youth with disabilities, career choice and construction, inclusive education, neurodiversity and research philosophy. Prof. Sefotho coined the terms hephapreneurship, referring to persons who are neither in education, employment or training and geared towards transformation and social change, and Technopedandragogy, which addresses the disruption of teaching and learning during COVID-19 and applies to Open Distance e-Learning universities.
