Dr Mehdi Rajaeian is a Lecturer in Information Technology at the Peter Faber Business School within the Faculty of Law and Business at Australian Catholic University, where he leads the Data Analytics stream. His robust academic background encompasses a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Southern Queensland, an MBA and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education from Australian Catholic University. Prior to his academic pursuits, he worked in the IT industry as a System Analyst and IT Project Manager. With 15 years of academic experience in Australia and overseas, Rajaeian also engages with industry by providing IT consultancy services, bridging theoretical research and practical applications in Business & Economics contexts.
Rajaeian delivers courses in key areas such as Database Design & Implementation, Data Analytics & Visualisation, Data Mining, and Big Data.
