Dr. N. Pappa is a Professor in the Department of Instrumentation Engineering at Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University, a position she has held since 1998. She obtained her B.E. in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Annamalai University in 1990 as the department topper and gold medalist, M.Tech. in Electronics from Cochin University of Science and Technology in 1992, also as gold medalist, and Ph.D. from Anna University in 2004. Her earlier appointments include Lecturer-Senior Scale at B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology from 1997 to 1998 and Lecturer at Annamalai University from 1992 to 1997.
