Professor Nathalie Martial-Braz is an established scholar in private law and digital regulation. Her doctoral research explored security interests in intellectual property rights. She has published extensively in leading legal journals including Dalloz, JCP, Dalloz IP/IT, and RDBF. She is co-author of the reference book Droit français des données à caractère personnel, published by Dalloz, and serves as Scientific Co-Director of the journal Communication Commerce électronique (LexisNexis).
