About Narcisse
Narcisse Mulinga serves as an Assistant Lecturer in the School of Agriculture and Food Sciences at the College of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Science within the University of Rwanda. His academic work centers on rural development, with a focus on agricultural economics and environmental economics. Mulinga holds a PhD in Regional Rural Development and has contributed to research examining socio-economic factors that influence technical efficiency in smallholder maize production in Rwanda. His publications include studies on the effects of organic and inorganic fertilizers as well as different mulches on potato production performance.
Throughout his career at the University of Rwanda, Mulinga has engaged in teaching and research activities related to agribusiness and crop intensification programs. He completed earlier graduate studies including a Master of Science in Agribusiness Management and Trade. Mulinga maintains an active profile in academic networks and continues to support agricultural research initiatives in Rwanda through data-driven analyses of farmer characteristics and production systems.
