Prof. Dr. Noradiva Hamzah serves as a university lecturer in the School of Accounting at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. She holds a Bachelor degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia awarded in 1992, a Master of Arts in International Accounting from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne awarded in 1994, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Intellectual Capital from the University of Malaya awarded in 2007. Her academic career at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia includes leadership of multiple research projects focused on intellectual capital management in Muslim-friendly tourism operators, corporate social and environmental reporting strategies, and sustainability in libraries and homestays. She has supervised numerous postgraduate students at both master and doctoral levels, covering topics such as ownership structure effects on intellectual capital, cooperative governance, and enterprise risk management in listed Malaysian companies.

Prof. Dr. Noradiva Hamzah has authored or co-authored peer-reviewed publications including works on stakeholder power in corporate social and environmental responsibility disclosure from 2018, the Southeast Asian haze and environmental disclosures from 2020, directors' identifications and board oversight from 2023, and cooperative governance from 2023. She has received multiple awards for excellent service from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2012, 2017, 2020, and 2024, along with a 30-year service award in 2024 and other recognitions such as gold awards in 2020 and 2022. Her contributions extend to committee roles in faculty research, ethics, innovation, publication, and MyRA assessment, as well as judging for the National Annual Corporate Report Awards and panel assessment for STPM accounting questions. Prof. Dr. Noradiva Hamzah maintains active involvement in ongoing university projects on artificial intelligence in accounting competencies and sustainable community initiatives.
