Raid Al-Adaileh is a Full Professor in the School of Business at Mu'tah University, Jordan, currently affiliated with the Department of Business Technology and Intelligence. He obtained his BA degree in Business Administration from Mu'tah University in 1992, MSc in Systems Management from Sheffield Hallam University in 2000, and PhD from the same university in 2004, with a thesis titled 'Management Styles and Managers’ Attitudes towards IT: Developing Country Context.' His career at Mu'tah University began in July 2004 as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Business Administration. He progressed to Associate Professor in 2012 and Full Professor in Business Administration in 2018. Throughout his tenure, he has held significant administrative roles, including Chairman of the Business Administration and Marketing Department from 2005 to 2007, Head of the Graduate Studies Committee from 2005 to 2007 and 2009 to 2010, Head of Quality Assurance from 2006 to 2009 and 2010 to 2011, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration from 2009 to 2010, Head of the Management Information Systems Department in 2011, and Dean of Students Affairs from 2022. Prior to academia, he worked in banking roles from 1992 to 1999.
Al-Adaileh's research specializations encompass Management Information Systems, Knowledge Management, IT-Business Strategic Alignment, Organizational Learning, Supply Chain Management, E-Banking, Business Agility, and Blockchain Adoption.
