Dr. Richa Singhal serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Economic Administration and Financial Management (EAFM) within the Faculty of Commerce at S.S. Jain Subodh P.G. (Autonomous) College, Jaipur, which is affiliated with the University of Rajasthan. Her academic pursuits center on banking and finance, with research encompassing online banking in rural development, treasury management, corporate social responsibility, green HR practices, employee satisfaction and retention, consumer sales promotion, female literacy and economic participation, e-banking customer perceptions, stock market trends, demonetization's impact on digital banking, and inventory turnover optimization in the FMCG sector. She is an approved research supervisor by the University of Rajasthan and holds the position of Associate Editor for the Subodh Journal of Commerce & Management.
