Dr. R.V. Naveenan serves as Associate Professor in the Department of MBA and as Head of Department for BBA at Vivekananda Institute of Management, Bengaluru. He possesses a B.Sc. in Physics, an MBA in Finance and Marketing, an MA in Economics, and a Ph.D. His professional journey encompasses teaching and research in management and finance disciplines. Additionally, he acts as the Coordinator for the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan initiative at the institute, promoting academic engagement with rural development.
Dr. Naveenan's research focuses on banking, public finance, finance, and risk management. Over the years, he has authored several impactful publications. Key works from his tenure include "Impact of Group Dynamics on Team" (2018, American International Journal of Social Science Research), "Non Performing Assets in Public Sector Banks: A Cause Analysis" (2018, American Finance & Banking Review), and "Indian Online Retail Ecosystem - A Study on Flipkart deal with Walmart" (2019).
