In her academic career at Griffith University, Dr. De has taught a range of postgraduate and undergraduate courses, including Human Resource Development (7015EHR), Negotiation (3021EHR), and Unlocking Career Readiness for Business Professionals (3104GBS). She actively supervises higher degree by research students, such as co-supervising Arash Mashhady's PhD on "Diversity management in the era of workplace digitalisation" with Professors Kate Hutchings and Susan Ressia. Dr. De serves on the editorial board of the South Asian Journal of Human Resources Management and contributes to international educational programs, such as leading sessions for Australia Awards participants from Bhutan.
